Astronauts Steve Bowen and Michael Good completed a 7-hour, 9-minute spacewalk at 1:47 p.m. EDT.STS-132 spacewalkers Bowen and Good successfully tightened the bolts connecting the space-to-ground antenna dish and boom, eliminating the gap. They also removed the tether that had been holding the dish and boom together and released the launch locks, allowing the antenna dish to rotate.
This was the second of three STS-132 spacewalks, the 238th conducted by U.S. astronauts, the fifth for Bowen and the third for Good. It was the 145th in support of International Space Station assembly and maintenance, totaling 908 hours, 7 minutes.
